These are the dogs of the rabbit world and have wonderful temperments.
The Continental Giant, also known as the German Giant, or Conti, is one of the oldest and largest rabbit breeds, dating back to the middle of the 16th century.
The first standard for the Continental Giant, was documented in 1893. The breed is recognized by the British Rabbit Council but is not by the American Rabbit Breeders Association. This giant breed of rabbit was originally bred for meat, but, its temperament resulted in it being a terrific pet as well.
One striking feature of a Continental Giant rabbit is the length of the ears, which should be roughly 25% of the length of the body. You will also notice that the cheeks are well developed.
A bunny named Darius was the largest Conti to ever exist. He weighed just over 50 pounds and reached 4 feet 4 inches long! Needless to say, he is recognized by the Guinness book of World Records as the longest rabbit in the world! This record has been held by breeder Annette Edwards since 2004, across three generations of rabbits.[6] In 2010, her rabbit Ralph was recognised as the world's heaviest rabbit by Guinness World Records.[8]
Sadly, Darius was snatched from his loving home in April of 2021, when Darius was 12 years old, several years older than most Continental Giants. It was speculated that he died shortly after his disappearance.

Silver Foxes are a large breed rabbit are known for their docile and gentle nature, which, make them excellent pets and emotional support animals.
The silver fox was developed for its fur and as a meat rabbit. We breed ours as pets and breeding stock.
They are born solid black and begin to show silvering of their fur at about 4 weeks and takes 4 months to complete. The fur is one of the most attractive and unusual features of the breed. It is very dense and 1 1/2 to 2 inches in length. When the fur is stroked from tail to head, it will stand straight up until stroked in the opposite direction. This trait is found in no other breed and resembles the pelt of the silver fox found in the Artic.
The breed is not recognized in other countries, although in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom there is a breed called Silver Fox, which is actually the same rabbit breed as the Silver Marten in America.

The Angora rabbit is one of the oldest domestic breed of rabbits, originating from Ankara, Turkey (historically known as Angora)
Angoras are bred mainly for their wool, which is silky and soft. At only 14–16 micrometres in diameter, it is similar to cashmere in fineness and softness to the touch.
The English Angora rabbit is the only Angora that has long facial fur.
English Angoras are even-tempered rabbits who love to spend quality time with their human handlers. Because they require so much grooming, they will no doubt bond with the person who grooms them the most often, especially if it is the same person who feeds, pets and plays with them.
They do not have the tendency to be skittish or ill-mannered, so introducing them to children won’t be difficult. While they don’t crave constant attention, their personalities flourish when they are mostly out and about and interacting with humans.
